As a Solutions Consulting Director at SugarCRM, Adam Frank is responsible for ensuring both commercial and technical alignment between problems and solutions. He works with sales and delivery teams to ensure that business outcomes are realized in a pragmatic fashion.
Tim Sheedy brings more than 20 years of experience in designing and implementing cloud, internet of things (IoT), artificial intelligence (AI) and automation strategies to the Ecosystm network, to support businesses in their IT decisions. In his previous role, Sheedy spent 12 years at Forrester Research, most recently as a principal analyst, helping IT leaders improve their digital capabilities. Prior to this, he was research director for IT solutions at IDC in Australia, where he assisted IT suppliers in designing solutions to better fit market requirements, and IT buyers in improving the effectiveness of their IT functions. Beyond the office, Sheedy boasts an international reputation as an entertaining and informative public speaker on key trends in the IT market.
As SVP and GM, APAC, Jason joins Sugar as an accomplished IT executive, having worked in the industry for nearly 30 years. At Sugar, he is responsible for overseeing all aspects of sales, marketing, and service for the region, with experience spanning ERP, ITSM, CRM and CX. His IT career began as an ERP implementation consultant delivering large scale projects to manufacturers, and later joined Epicor Software, where he spent over 11 years in roles to include European Channel Manager, Sales and Marketing Director for ANZ and Managing Director of APAC.
Jason also worked in the ITSM and CX space with Numara Software and then KANA Software where he led and built their APAC businesses. He looks forward to evangelizing Sugar’s next-generation CX capabilities that create customers for life.
Zac leads SugarCRM’s globally distributed product management, user experience, and engineering organizations. He is responsible for defining the product vision and strategy of the Sugar platform and for the execution of that strategy. He has over 25 years of experience in technology companies having held a variety of leadership roles.
Previously, Zac served as Senior Vice President of Product, where he drove the strategic vision for the Sugar platform. Before SugarCRM, Zac held management positions at Geeknet, Mitel, VA Linux Systems and Corel Computer Corp.
Shaune Sinclair is a senior manager within the Digital Services Division at CQUniversity.
Shaune’s system portfolio includes CRM, Student Engagement, HCM, and Course Administration.
Shaune is also responsible for fostering the continual improvement of change management, digital transformation, adoption and benefits delivery practice across the Digital Services Directorate and CQUniversity.
